City Illustrations: A Combination of Photos and Paints

The inspiration for this piece came from iconic buildings, both existing and no longer standing, from the period between 1980 and 2000. These illustrations feature two places close to my heart: my hometown Brest and Bratislava, where I moved and have been living for a long time.

The first illustration was created using a traditional method: real photos printed in black and white combined with acrylic paints.
